Attems' Sauvignon Blanc 'Cicinis' is an intense, structured version of this international grape variety, which now calls Collio home. Fermentation takes place in concrete and barriques, and ageing on the lees gives it roundness and body. The nose reveals elegant notes of elderflower, citrus and toasted almonds, blended with subtle smoky hints. On the palate, it is vibrant, fresh and savoury, with an enveloping structure and long persistence. Try it with char-based dishes
Intense and brilliant straw yellow
Complex with elderflower and thyme, citrus fruits such as grapefruit and bergamot, then mango, finishing with toasted almond and flint
Full-bodied with a taut, enveloping structure, marked freshness and distinct savouriness, long finish
