Livon's Sauvignon Collio is a very typical expression of Friulian white. Cultivated on the marl and sandstone soils of the Dolegna area, it is produced in steel, at low temperatures, to accentuate the fragrance of the fruit to the utmost The straw yellow colour with greenish reflections anticipates a citrusy olfactory profile, accompanied by characteristic tropical notes such as pineapple. The palate is lively, markedly mineral, as is typical for Collio wines, with great persistence. Try it with asparagus risotto
