SAUVIGNON JERMANN 2025 DESCRIPTION

manual harvest of the grapes brings healthy fruits to the winery that are then vinified in steel tanks, where the wine, following alcoholic fermentation, will mature for 6 months, refining its intrinsic characteristics before being bottled.

The Sauvignon from the Jermann winery shines with a vivid intense straw yellow. On the nose, it evokes citrus sensations, of passion fruit, fresh mint, and tomato leaf with an intense finish recalling elderflower. On the palate, it is dry, with a full sip, elegant, fresh, and savory that ends with pleasantly balsamic hints. In pairings, it can range from dishes with high-quality raw materials, primarily fish like salmon and halibut, to simple preparations. A wine capable of creating images and stories, that knows how to communicate, leaving an indelible memory.
