Pardellerhof Sauvignon is made from grapes harvested immediately above the farm, near the winery. The grapes are harvested at two different times, thus creating a wine that is fresh, fragrant but also intense and varied. On the nose it releases aromas of elderflower, currants and hints of vegetables, while on the palate it is fresh, savoury and with a long, fragrant sip. Goes well with fish and vegetable dishes, perfect with salmon trout with alpine herbs
