Sauvignon from Vigna Lenuzza is an international grape variety that finds its ideal expression in the eastern hills of Friuli. Only inert containers are used for vinification, which, together with other techniques such as cold maceration, allow the full development of a floral and fruity aromatic profile. The nose releases notes of pink grapefruit and fresh grass, with delicate hints of sage. On the palate, it is fresh and savoury, with a slender body that enhances its drinkability. Ideal with aromatic dishes such as typical ‘blecs’
Straw yellow with greenish reflections
Herbaceous attack with grapefruit, lime and a fruity finish with peach and apple
Slim, smooth and refreshing, with typical flavour and fragrance
