Domaine Ratte's Savagnin 'Naturé' is grown on blue and grey marl soils in the Jura region and expresses a full-bodied but immediately recognisable profile. The name refers to the ancient name of the grape variety and tells of a late manual harvest, chosen to achieve maturity and definition. The nose reveals ripe sensations of dried white flowers, slight hints of yellow fruit and intriguing salty notes, while the palate is smooth, taut and mineral. Perfect with spicy shellfish dishes, try it with a green prawn curry
Bright light yellow with greenish reflections
Concentrated hints of dried flowers such as hawthorn and broom, light apricot and noticeable iodine notes
Very tense, with good roundness and exuberant flavour
