Schioppettino de I Clivi is a traditional expression of the Prepotto area. Here the red vines grow on ponca soils and develop a distinct mineral vein, accentuated by vinification in steel. The nose has hints of red fruits and spices, with distinct hints of watermelon. The taste is fresh, fine and slightly tannic, with a dry, spicy finish. Excellent with mushroom risotto, savoury cold meats or grilled white meats

Perfect for young and medium bodied red wines which don't require excessive oxygenation to open. The opening, slightly tighter than the body of the glass, favors the concentration of aromas towards the nose, enhancing the perception of aromas and limiting the dispersion
