Sciacchetrà La Baracca 2021 - 37.5cl

La Baracca's Sciacchetrà is an elegant expression of one of the jewels of the Cinque Terre, a sweet wine of great value and rarity. This bottle is produced with the typical blend of Vermentino, Albarola and Bosco, all grapes from vines over 60 years old. First, the grapes are dried in crates for two months, followed by a long maceration and finally the wine is aged on the noble lees. The nose reveals a rich bouquet of candied fruit, honey and oriental spices, while the palate seduces with sweetness and freshness which, intertwined with great persistence, give balance and elegance to the sip
