Corti Cugini's Sebino Bianco 'Gravitas' is a distinctive, textured Chardonnay. The wine undergoes carbonic maceration and then ages for several months in unfilled barrels, developing a slight oxidative character balanced by intense fruity sensations. The wine ages in used barriques and is bottled without filtration, thus developing a pure, textured character. The nose opens with chamomile flowers and ripe apricot, with hints of honey and mineral nuances. On the palate, it is full-bodied, smooth and taut, with an elegant acidic vibration on the finish. Excellent with white meats such as Bergamo-style roast rabbit
Deep yellow with golden highlights
Chamomile flowers, yellow-fleshed fruits such as apricots, and hints of honey and wet stone
Soft and full-bodied, with a balance between freshness and a delicate oxidative sensation
