Corti Cugini's Sebino Rosso 'Marbera' is produced in the heart of Franciacorta from an unusual blend of Barbera and Marzemino grapes, harvested at full ripeness several weeks apart, a logistical challenge that allows each variety to be fully appreciated. It is a straightforward, honest red wine with fine, fragrant aromas reminiscent of cherries, violets and light spicy notes. On the palate, it is fresh, moderately tannic and very drinkable. It pairs perfectly with white meats and typical dishes such as Brescia-style stewed rabbit
Bright ruby red with violet hues
Aromas of red fruits such as cherry and currant, with hints of violet and a delicate finish with black pepper
Fresh and linear, with fine tannins, a fresh taste and smooth drinkability
