Kwaśne Jabłko's 'Jazz' cider is a deep and contemplative sparkling cider, made from a variety of apples that co-ferment with aronia, blackthorn and elderberries. This gives it an intriguing deep pink colour that anticipates its dark and fruity profile on the nose. On the palate, it is broader, more structured and has a subtle tannic sensation. It pairs well with white meats and mature cheeses, such as roast chicken or washed-rind cheese
