The Soave Classico of the Bolla winery comes from historic vineyards on volcanic soils in the heart of the Veronese denomination. It is a blend that adds to the Garganega some Trebbiano di Soave, a clone of the Verdicchio from the Marche region that took root here centuries ago, giving it freshness and typicality. The nose releases aromas of white flowers and summer fruit, with citrus and ripe peach. On the palate it is savoury and persistent, a full-bodied sip ideal to accompany light Mediterranean cuisine
