Bolla's Soave Classico Superiore 'Tufaie' is a structured wine with character. It comes from the volcanic cone of Castellaro, one of the historic areas in which the production of this fine white wine from the Veneto was born. The nose is distinctly floral, with evolved hints of dried flowers and candied fruit that betray maceration on the skins. On the palate it is enveloping and textural, a wine with great structure. Ideal with creamy risottos and polenta dishes
