Souvignier Gris 'Puls' NeueHeimat 2023

NeueHeimat's Souvignier Gris 'Puls' is a white based on this PIWI grape variety with a small balance of Muscat. It is a light orange, rounded by long maceration and malolactic fermentation that makes for a round, subtle but not slender sip. The nose releases aromas of yellow fruit, citrus fruits and slight lactic hints. On the palate it stands out for its freshness, airiness and surprising energy. Ideal with fish dishes or vegetarian cuisine
