The Sparkling Blanc de Blancs "Aquarius" from Valdo is a tribute to the beauty and creativity of the marine world. It is made from the typical white grapes of the Veneto region and carbonated using the Charmat method. The nose reveals notes of flowers and white fruit, with slight hints of mint, which return on the palate fresh and soft with a balsamic finish. Slightly sweet, it is ideal as an aperitif, with sushi or fish pasta dishes

Wisteria and acacia open up to subtle flavours of lemon and apple, mint on the finish
