Spumante Brut Lambrusco di Sorbara from the Gavioli winery is made from 100% Lambrusco di Sorbara grapes, which re-ferment using the Charmat method to give a typical and fine version of the classic Modenese bubbles. The nose is very fresh, with floral notes of violet and fruity hints of raspberry, while the palate is dry, savoury and lively. It pairs perfectly with Emilian cured meats and stuffed pasta dishes, such as tortellini in broth
Not available
Light ruby red with luminous rosy reflections and persistent mousse
