
This Classic Method Sparkling 'Brut 50 mesi' from Terrazze dell'Etna is a Sicilian Blanc de Blancs with a mountainous character of great finesse. The Chardonnay grapes grow at high altitudes, reaching perfect levels of freshness for sparkling wine. After 50 months on the lees, we obtain a sparkling wine of great depth, with a fine and persistent perlage and a creamy structure that makes it suitable for the entire meal. The nose is broad and evolved, with well-developed hints of toasted bread crust and mature yeast.
