SPUMANTE METODO CLASSICO BRUT MILLESIMATO MONSUPELLO 2018 DESCRIPTION

maturation on the lees lasts for at least 30 months, at the end of which the production process concludes with the disgorging, dosage, and bottling operations.

The Classic Method Brut Vintage Sparkling Wine Monsupello presents itself to the eye with a straw yellow color, characterized by some reflections that lean towards greenish, especially at the rim; the perlage is established with a chain of fine and persistent bubbles. Subtle and refined on the nose, it traces a progression of notes where fruit alternates with hints of yeast and bread crust. On the palate, it has a medium body, with a dry and pleasant sip, endowed with a persistent aromatic taste. A label that interprets the territory well, to be paired with first and second courses based on fish.
