Federico Mencaroni's Classic Method Sparkling Extra Brut is made from a blend of Verdicchio, Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco: the Marche Region's meeting of tradition and internationality. After 36 months on the lees, finesse and copious bubbles develop in the bottle, ready to be released. The nose releases notes of white fruit, a touch of citrus and hints of pastry The palate is fresh and savoury, with good persistence. Delicate, perfect with crudités such as lemon oysters
