Classic Method Sparkling Nature 'Corte Roncolato' Meggiolaro

Meggiolaro's Classic Method Sparkling Nature 'Corte Roncolato' is a dry and rigorous sparkling wine. The 'tirage' in the bottle is done with dried grape must and the wine remains on the lees for 36 months without the addition of liqueur. The nose reveals citrus fruits, bread crust and dried herbs, while the palate is dry, taut, very savoury and vertical. It is a sparkling wine for the whole meal, suitable for cheeses and structured fish dishes such as creamed cod or mixed fried fish
