Cavit’s Müller Thurgau ‘Cuvée Speciale’ sparkling wine is produced in the high hills at an altitude of 800 metres, in the finest vineyards of Trentino, where significant daily temperature variations enhance freshness and aromatic expression. The winemaking process involves soft pressing, fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, and secondary fermentation using the Charmat method, which brings out the wine’s immediacy and fragrance. On the nose, it is delicate and fragrant with notes of white-fleshed fruit, hints of citrus zest and vegetal notes on the finish. On the palate, it is smooth, fresh and elegant, supported by a fine, persistent perlage. Perfect with fish-based starters, such as trout carpaccio
Straw yellow with greenish hues, with a lively effervescence
Fruity hints of white peach, floral notes of yellow rose and herbal undertones of sage
Smooth and well-balanced, elegant and fresh
