SPUMANTE METODO CLASSICO ROSÉ BRUT D'ARAPRÌ DESCRIPTION

There are dreams that sometimes seem truly unattainable: tenacity, will, ability, and the desire to believe are the ingredients that Girolamo, Louis, and Ulrico combined to bring their wish to life, linked to the creation of a Puglian winery specialized in the production of Metodo Classico. A journey where passion and love for wine have overcome any obstacle, leading to the birth of D’Araprì, a production reality in San Severo that in recent years has established itself at the top of the main industry guides, both Italian and international. And it doesn't take long to understand why, after sipping this Spumante Metodo Classico Rosé Brut for a few minutes: finesse, class, and harmony move on a highly satisfying fresh and savory texture, which risks making the freshly opened bottle disappear too quickly.

D’Araprì produces this Spumante Brut Rosé starting from Montepulciano and Pinot Nero grapes, which contribute equally to the creation of the final blend. Both grape varieties grow in clayey-limestone soils, exposed to the south and southwest. The bunches, once harvested, ferment in steel, and then undergo a second fermentation, according to the dictates of Metodo Classico, in the bottle, remaining on the lees for at least two years.

This Spumante Metodo Classico Rosé D’Araprì presents itself in the glass with a delightful salmon pink color, bright and captivating; the texture of the perlage is very fine, and the bubbles have lasting persistence. The olfactory profile is announced as interesting, with delicate notes of small red fruits, flowers, and hints of pastry. On the palate, it is soft-bodied, slender, with a distinctly savory and mineral refreshing sip. A label with which the D’Araprì winery confirms its entire sparkling vocation, placing it at the top of the production of bubbles throughout Puglia.
