'Super Remo' from the La Regina del Quartuccio winery takes its name from the founder 'Remo', adding the adjective 'Super' to pay tribute to his vision and the character of the wine. It has a bright amber colour, obtained from 6 days of contact with the skins. The nose offers aromas of ripe yellow fruit with fresh hints of fennel. On the palate, it is smooth, with light tannins due to maceration and a persistent, savoury finish. Perfect with fish dishes, such as Roman-style salt cod with potatoes
