Rieffel's Sylvaner Grand Cru 'Zotzenberg' is a great fragrant white from the northern area of Mittelbergheim. The winery works on an organic and biodynamic basis and produces intense, textured wines, a true 'auteur' cut. The nose is very fragrant, with flowers and white fruit accompanied by typical hints of white pepper. The palate is dry, a fact not obvious in Alsace, taut and savoury, with surprising balance. It pairs perfectly with seafood and seasonal vegetables, excellent with fresh oysters and shallot vinaigrette
Bright straw yellow
