Syrah 'Gaëlle' Rapitalà 2022

Rapitalà's Syrah 'Gaëlle' represents a motto, 'gentle power', and is an attempt to create an innovative style of Sicilian red wine. The grapes are planted between 350 and 550 metres above sea level to maximise the temperature differential and thus enhance aromas and freshness. Its intense red colour anticipates generous fruity notes, which meet spicy hints of pepper and vanilla on the finish.
