Possente's Syrah 'Zohra' is an organic red grown on the clayey hills of Salaparuta. Fermented with long maceration and frequent pumping over to enhance structure and depth, malolactic fermentation is not facilitated to accentuate the fresh side of the fruit. The nose opens with hints of black fruits and typical black pepper, with floral hints of violets on the finish. The palate is enveloping and soft, with smooth tannins. Ideal with spicy meat dishes
