TERLANER BIANCO 'LA CONTESSA' MANINCOR 2024 DESCRIPTION

A bottle that expresses the most feminine soul of Manincor-branded wines, where charm and attraction develop on an exceedingly harmonious sip. This "La Contessa" is a prestigious and lofty Terlaner Bianco, which comes to life from three grape varieties, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, which come together in a truly well-orchestrated dance of flavors and aromas. A label that gives a very convincing range of emotions, and which lends itself to accompanying dishes prepared with delicate cooking.

"La Contessa" Terlano Bianco is produced by the Manincor winery from a blend where Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc are blended at different percentages. The vines are grown on different plots of land between an elevation of 300 and 600 meters above sea level, facing southwest and east. The subsoil is characterized by a mixed composition, in which the presence of clay, limestone and moraine deposits can be traced. The grapes, once harvested during the grape harvest, macerate 6 hours on the skins, then ferment in wooden vats thanks to the presence of indigenous yeasts. This is followed by the maturation phase, which is carried out in contact with the yeasts for 9 months in wooden barrels.

Terlano Bianco "La Contessa" is a wine that shows an intense straw yellow color, characterized by clear greenish highlights. The nose is enveloped in a set of fresh fruity notes, which also has herbaceous nuances. On the palate it is medium-bodied, velvety, with a decidedly enveloping and subtle sip; it finishes with a nice persistence. A white with which the Manincor winery wants to redefine the concept of elegance, raising it to a decidedly interesting level of quality.

When to open
To enjoy an artisanal wine at its best, we recommend you to let it 'breathe' at least 15-30 minutes before serving
When to drink
Perfect to drink right away
Glass
Medium open goblet
Perfect for young and medium bodied white wines which don't require excessive oxygenation to open. The opening, slightly tighter than the body of the glass, favors the concentration of aromas towards the nose, enhancing the perception of aromas and limiting the dispersion
