The Teroldego 'Heredia' from Cantina di Trento is a sincere interpretation of Teroldego, the 'prince' of Trentino grape varieties. Tradition dictates ageing in wood, but part of the mass matures in steel to accentuate drinkability and freshness. The nose reveals hints of violet, ripe cherry and balsamic notes, while the palate is dry, fresh and lightly tannic. It pairs naturally with red meats and mature cheeses, such as venison stew or Vezzena cheese
