Yuka & Clotaire Michal's 'Terrien' is a typical Beaujolais Gamay, grown in evocative vineyards rich in granite and rose quartz. The winery works with artisanal methods and prefers to use used barrels, so as to maintain the purity of the fruit while rounding out the palate. The nose reveals notes of wild cherry and raspberry, with a very persistent fruity profile. On the palate, it is fresh and youthful, with soft tannins and an immediate drinkability. Ideal for rustic dishes and white meats
Bright ruby red
Fresh violet, pomegranate and blueberries, intense hints of cherry
Very fresh and balanced, smooth with subtle tannins, very fragrant
