Daniele Ricci's 'Ti Voglio Bene' is a fresh, ready-to-drink white wine, a fresh and floral expression of this iconic winery in eastern Piedmont. As is customary in Daniele Ricci's production, minimal intervention is applied in the vineyard and in the cellar, fermentation is spontaneous and short maceration on the skins is preferred to give roundness and depth. The nose opens with apricot, peach and wildflowers, while the palate offers a soft and fresh sensation, with a dry and clean finish. It pairs beautifully with goat's cheese and savoury pies with aromatic herbs
