La Colombera's Timorasso 'SantaCroce' is a refined white wine made from the grape variety of the same name, native to the Tortona hills and present in this area since the Middle Ages. Wood is used in both the fermentation and ageing stages to achieve greater depth and balance. The nose is broad, with hints of aromatic herbs, yellow flowers and honey, and an appealing flinty finish. On the palate, it is smooth and savoury, with an inviting freshness and a long finish. Excellent paired with stewed cuttlefish and peas
