Parpinello's Torbato di Alghero 'Centogemme' is made from an increasingly popular indigenous Sardinian grape, a pure expression of the region's great variety and viticultural history. The grapes are treated gently to extract maximum freshness and aromas, a way to balance the natural warmth of the final wine. The nose releases aromas of white flowers and citrus fruits with briny hints and typical hints of bitter almond. The palate is balanced between alcohol and freshness, with a distinct Mediterranean character. Ideal with fish dishes, shellfish and fresh cheeses
Very pale straw yellow
Intense hints of jasmine and camomile, white fruit such as apple and peach, typically almondy finish
Marine character, savoury and fresh, with a rather long and harmonious sip
