Torrontés 'Inca' Vallisto is a fresh and aromatic Argentine white wine from high altitude. It originates in the Cafayate Valley at an altitude of over 1,500 metres on sandy and silty soils, from vines that are over seventy years old. The grapes are harvested by hand in the early hours of the morning. They are then taken to the winery where alcoholic fermentation takes place and the wine is aged for a few months in steel tanks on fine lees. The bouquet has notes of jasmine, orange blossom and hints of white peach with citrus accents. The palate is smooth, medium-bodied with a lively freshness and a balanced, very fragrant finish. Excellent with white fish ceviche
