Weingut Heinrich's Traminer 'Freyheit' is an unconventional, deep and free macerated white wine. It comes from an area famous for the quality of its wines and its artisan movement. Locally, the grape variety is called Traminer rosso because of the slight redness of its skin. The nose reveals intense exotic aromas, including lychee, sweet spices and herbaceous notes. On the palate, it is dry, taut and textured. Perfect with spicy dishes and mature cheeses such as vegetarian curry or aged Taleggio
