Trebbiano di Casachiara is a local white wine, fresh and full-bodied. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts, and the wine spends two days in contact with the skins to produce a rounded 'orange' wine that is very smooth on the palate. The nose opens with white fruit, wild flowers and a hint of herbaceousness on the finish. The palate is dry, dynamic and salty. It pairs well with seafood dishes and fresh cheeses, and is ideal with spaghetti with clams
Deep straw yellow with golden reflections
Ripe peach, pear and apple, with subtle hints of rosemary on the finish
Very tense and fresh but rounded, with a marked salinity on the finish
