The Trebbiano from Romagna ‘Bro' by Noelia Ricci is produced in San Cristoforo di Predappio, at about 200 meters above sea level, in the heart of the Romagna hinterland. Fermentation and aging take place in steel to preserve the fresh traits of the grape, with a stay on the lees to give substance to the sip. On the nose, there are intense hints of fruit and yellow flowers, with pleasant citrus notes on the finish. The sip is savory and soft, with a persistent finish and slight bitter notes that refresh the palate
