Eredi di Cobelli Aldo's Trento Spumante Zero 'Aldo' is a pas dosé 'in bianco', made with Chardonnay grapes only. It is a tribute to previous generations, the particular father of the current producers, a hymn to the passage of time and generations. Speaking of time, it rests in the bottle for at least four years before disgorging. The nose develops a complex profile, with fresh and dried fruit meeting typical pastry hints. The palate is fresh, creamy, with surprising length. Perfect to sip with local cheese boards
