Cellier Saint Benoit's Trousseau "Gryphées" is a deep red wine from the Jura region, produced from two parcels, Côte de Feule and Fonteneille. It expresses a precise, uncompromising territorial style, obtained from grapes processed using traditional methods, fermented in large wooden vats without corrective interventions, by one of the region's most highly regarded oenologists. The nose is dark and mineral, with blackberry, plum and hints of iodine on the finish. On the palate, it is powerful, firm and progressive, with subtle tannins and a juicy but very fresh mouthfeel. It pairs well with roast meats and mountain cheeses, such as roast lamb or mature Comté
