Marcel Zanolari's 'Uvaggio Bianco' is a blend of different clones of resistant PIWI grape varieties, produced with a long maceration on the skins to extract body and give substance to the palate. The nose has a distinctly floral profile, with hints of ripe yellow fruit. On the palate, it is structured and fresh at the same time, perfect for accompanying salmon trout en papillote or grilled prawns with grilled vegetables
Bright golden yellow
Broom and chamomile flowers open to baked apple and apricot
Full-bodied and remarkably fresh
