Domini Veneti's Valpolicella Classico 'Valpo' is a blend of indigenous reds, Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella. Produced in steel and of subtle extraction, 'Valpo' is intended to be an immediate and sincere expression of the Valpolicella terroir. On the nose it releases lively aromas of cherry, raspberry, red flowers and pepper; on the palate it is dry, agile and fresh, with a savoury finish. It traditionally accompanies earthy hors d'oeuvres and fresh pasta: ideal with Veronese cured meats and duck sauce bigoli
