Valpolicella 'Mangiabottoni' Corte Sant'Alda is the result of an inclusion project between Marinella Camerani and the L'Officina dell'Aias cooperative, which works with people with disabilities. Fermented in concrete with indigenous yeasts, it combines freshness and authenticity in a slender, savoury red. The nose offers cherry and wildflowers with a hint of spice, while the palate is harmonious, fresh and with a clean, mineral finish. Perfect with white meats or bigoli pasta with duck ragù
Bright ruby red colour with violet reflections
Very fresh with notes of red fruit such as cherry and currant, followed by wild flowers and subtle hints of pepper
Agile and harmonious on the palate, with good freshness and agility, fine tannins and a savoury finish
