The nose is dominated by ripe red fruits, jammy, with delicate spicy and tobacco notes. On the palate, it is soft and velvety, with a balanced structure and a freshness that invites you to take another sip. Ideal with savoury dishes, it pairs perfectly with black truffle risotto or red wine braised meats
