The Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore from the I Saltari winery is made from selected grapes grown on the limestone soils of Valpolicella, vinified using the traditional ripasso method on Amarone pomace. The nose is dominated by ripe red fruits, jammy, with delicate spicy and tobacco notes. On the palate, it is soft and velvety, with a balanced structure and a freshness that invites you to take another sip. Ideal with savoury dishes, it pairs perfectly with black truffle risotto or red wine braised meats
