
Collina dei Ciliegi's Valpolicella Superiore 'Peratara' is a single cru red wine, located over 550 metres above sea level. This is a high altitude area for the region, which gives the wine finesse and verticality on the palate. The nose reveals cherry, currant and violet, with a hint of black pepper on the finish. On the palate, it is fresh and smooth, balanced between fruit and structure. Ideal with white meats or traditional Veronese dishes such as tagliatelle with hare ragù
