This Valpolicella Superiore is a fresh and elegant red, typical of the Tedeschi style. Long ageing and then settling in the bottle allows it to preserve its qualities that balance the warm, textured sip. The nose releases very pleasant dark notes of violets and spices such as pepper. The palate is structured, harmonious, with soft tannins. Ideal with first courses such as bigoli with goose ragout or boiled meats
Intense ruby red with garnet hues
Fresh aromas of undergrowth, then violet flowers and black pepper on the finish
Harmonic and round, silky yet textured, long
