Bertani's Valpolicella 'Valpantena' is an immediate and light red from the vocated valley north of Verona. The traditional Veronese blend, formed here from Corvina and Rondinella, matures in cement alone so as to preserve lightness, freshness and great aromaticity. The nose reveals fresh red fruits such as pomegranate and currants, with hints of Mediterranean herbs. On the palate it is fresh, with a light and flowing bite. Ideal with hors d'oeuvres of cold meats and cheeses
