
Marcel Zanolari's Valtellina Superiore is a pure Nebbiolo made from a selection of the best grapes, partially dried on the vine. Spontaneous fermentation in steel and patient ageing in small wooden barrels (barriques) for 36 months give strength and structure to this mountain Nebbiolo, making it a wine that is ready to be enjoyed but can also be left to age for a few more years in your cellar.
