Stainless steel processing is preferred to preserve the fruity traits of the grapes. Floral and with hints of peach, on the finish there are subtle balsamic hints reminiscent of aniseed. Powerful and elegant, with a marked savouriness and softness, it is a perfect match for a stockfish 'all'anconetana'
