Borgo Paglianetto's Verdicchio di Matelica 'Petrara' comes from clay-limestone vineyards in the Marche hinterland. In the cellar, inert containers are preferred to maintain the freshness and sweetness of the fruit. The nose is distinguished by aromas of wildflowers, green apple and iodine notes. On the palate, it is harmonious, savoury and pleasantly persistent, perfect with Marche cold cuts and tagliolini with red mullet sauce
Bright straw yellow with delicate greenish reflections
Fresh and crisp, with distinct hints of peach and melon, followed by pear and hints of iodine
Full and smooth, supported by a vibrant freshness and a decisive savouriness that lengthens the sip
