The Verdicchio di Matelica Riserva 'Cambrugiano' by Belisario was among the first Verdicchio to carry the mention "Riserva", in fact it has been produced since 1988. It is a symbol for the winery, which strongly believes in the potential of this grape variety. This white matures for 2 years, of which one whole year in oak barrique that give structure and complexity. On the nose, it is broad, with evolved floral hints of dry broom that embrace spicy and sweet notes of vanilla. On the palate, it is structured, with typical savoriness but the sip is smooth and harmonious. To be tried with elaborate fish dishes like an 'impepata' or with the typical 'casciotta d’Urbino'
