Parpinello's Vermentino di Sardegna 'Ala Bianca' is a fresh, salty white wine, a true symbol of Sardinian viticulture. This grape variety took root in Sardinia many centuries ago and has found an ideal environment. The winery's vines are very close to the sea, a tribute to the history of the grape variety and the identity of this land. The nose is refined with yellow fruit, citrus and hints of aromatic herbs. On the palate, the classic and fragrant style of a sea wine is evident: easy to drink, fresh and distinctly salty, with an almond finish. It pairs well with fish and shellfish dishes or white meats such as roast chicken
Bright straw yellow with greenish reflections
Subtle, with lemon and peach, light flowers such as honeysuckle and a slight hint of scrubland with rosemary and bay leaf
Fresh and savoury, with a light mouthfeel and a pleasantly bitter finish
